Shipping & Delivery

How long does shipping usually take?

Please allow up to Four (4) business days for your order to be processed, packaged and shipped. We will email you a tracking number once your order is fulfilled. All orders, regardless of their amount are shipped via USPS Express. Once your order has shipped it will be delivered within 2-3 business days.

 

Can you change my shipping address, something is wrong?

It is the responsibility of the buyer to make sure that they enter their address correctly at the point of ordering. Orders are shipped within three to four (3-4) business days and regretfully address changes cannot be made after your order has been placed. We are required to ship to your PayPal Verified Address for security purposes. Please double check the address you are entering as we will NOT be responsible for packages that are sent to the wrong address that the buyer has entered.

If your order is already processing or has already shipped, we cannot change the address. If your package is returned to us by USPS we will be able to process a refund for your order less initial shipping costs.

 

How do I track my package?

Once your payment has cleared, you will receive an e-mail when your order has been processed. You will also receive a second e-mail once your order has been shipped which will include your tracking number along with a link to check the progress of your Divah Doll Luxury Hair Extensions.

Important Note: If there is a problem with your tracking number or package delivery, please contact the courier directly prior to contacting us. Please allow 24 – 72 hours for the tracking information to show. In some rare case, the tracking may not update but you will still receive your order. Please contact us after the estimated delivery time.

2-3 Business Days

Free for all orders (Applies to U.S. contiguous destinations only)

• Includes full purchase amount of insurance coverage.

 

International Shipping- Signature Required

6 – 10 Business Days

$18 – $45 Flat Rate (Applies to all countries outside of the U.S.)

• Includes full purchase amount of insurance coverage.

• Delivery within 6- 10  business days based on where your package started and where it’s being sent.

• Saturday delivery and residential delivery at no extra charge.

 

I have not received my package, what should I do?

All of our shipments include tracking with Delivery Confirmation. If the tracking states the item has been delivered to your order address but you have not received your order, please contact USPS at 1800-275-8777 in order to investigate this issue. Once shipped if your package is lost, stolen, or damaged; Divah Doll Luxury Hair Extensions  will not be held responsible for a delivered package. However, we will assist you in opening a claim with the United States Postal Service.
